## STEPS TO PUBLISH:
1. Click "+ publish template" above
2. Fill in title, description, agent prompt
3. List which credentials your agent needs
   (e.g. "LinkedIn email", "GitHub token")
4. Add 1-3 tags so users can find it
5. Submit — automated AI review runs in 2 passes:
PASS 1: phishing / explicit / illegal content
PASS 2: independent re-read for subtle issues
6. If both pass → published instantly
If one fails → escalated to admin
If clear violation → rejected & you may be reported

## RULES:
  • Never request banking, gov, or seed-phrase creds
  • Never instruct users to send credentials off-platform
  • No NSFW / drug / weapons / harassment content
  • Admin-published templates are tagged "official"
